$3 Million refunded to TAXPAYERS! - York County Personal Property and Real Estate taxes.

$3 Million for CONSERVATION! - Acquiring vacant agricultural and forested land.

$3 Million for FIREFIGHTERS, SHERIFF Deputies and TEACHERS - (One time bonus for non-management positions.)

$3 Million to LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS - (Those negatively affected by other York County taxes and and fee increases.)

$1 Million to pay down York County's debt.
